Drying

Italrec guarantees particular attention to the drying phase of the processed materials.
We believe that any type of plastic material treated with separation and washing systems must be , before it can be reused as secondary raw material, dried at best from residual moisture .
Only by respecting well-defined humidity ranges can the material be processed effectively , especially in the event that the latter must pass inside an extruder and be re-inserted on the market as granules for the manufacture of finished products.
Faced with the experience accumulated over the years and using innovative technologies , Italrec is able to propose machines that allow to respect very stringent parameters relating to residual moisture, not only in RIGID plastics , but above all for complex materials such as FILM and STRETCH (LDPE and LLDPE).
Thanks to the special conformation , the HSC horizontal centrifuges guarantee a high performance in drying the material. The rotor of the HSC centrifuges was developed using anometers precision, allowing us to fine-tune its operation . Italrec offers the customer a wide range of machines dedicated to drying: the TK PRESS , a special screw press that uses the high torque transmitted by the gearmotor group for reducing energy costs maintaining high performance .
